Customer Service - Patient Scheduling – RelateCare, Waterford

RelateCare have both Full Time and Part Time opportunities available with the option to work from home or in their Waterford city office. They are looking for candidates with a passion for providing an excellent client experience. The hours of work are Monday – Sundays with core hours between 8am – 12am. They have a number of shifts within those times and your shift preferences and availability will be taken into account during the recruitment process.

– Perform non-clinical screening to ensure patients are seen by the right physician at the right time
– Review appointment information with patients, and provide appointment itineraries
– Address patient scheduling needs via inbound calls
– Accurate data entry of patient’s information into a variety of systems
– Outbound calls to discharged patients (non-clinical)
– Verify and review patients and families’ insurance coverage and benefit eligibility
– Investigate, resolve, and document patient requests in a timely and efficient manner, and coordinate the delivery of these requests
– Demonstrate strong customer service skills and professionalism in all interactions with patients, families, and physicians

– Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
– Exceptional time keeping ability
– Capability to work to targets and deadlines
– Internet access provided by a cable/fibre provider or other internet provider. Please note that DSL, satellite, and cellular/mobile hotspot are NOT permitted

OfficeMaster have a Full Time position for a person to join their office furniture installation team.
The job involves working with their existing team to help unload, unpack and put together furniture as required.

This is a temporary three month Full time (moving to part-time) Contract but the candidate must be flexible to work a longer term if so required.

The person will be required to have an understanding of flat packed furniture and the capability to put together. While someone with a carpentry background would be an advantage this is not a requirement.
This person should be flexible in their approach to work and willing to work as part of the team.
They must be physically able to load/unload furniture deliveries.
